NØRD Executive was founded by two Swedish professionals with over 20 years of combined international experience across executive support, recruitment and administration.

Having worked within these roles and recruited for them, we understand first-hand what exceptional support requires — and what executives value most.

We created NØRD Executive after recognising a gap in the market. Finding exceptional executive support is difficult, time-consuming and highly personal. We look beyond the CV, focusing on the personality, discretion, judgement, working style and trust required to create the right match.
